Our Brut Rose' is flavorful, complex and dry, making it both versatile with food and delicious by itself as an aperitif. Each fall we select base wines with the right concentration, balance and length to create this unique sparkling wine. The character of this wine is most strongly influenced by bright, flavorful Pinot Noir. Chardonnay is added to gve spice, structure and length on the palate.
