What is our exchange and return policy? If, within 15 days after receipt of your product(s) you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the product(s). Send the package via DHL or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on your packaging slip. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. When returning a gift, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver. When returning Home Furnishings, please call our Customer Service first, 1-305-735-8100. There will be a 10% restocking fee for returns. Please refer to our terms and conditions for complete information regarding our return and exchange policy. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and exchanges. Please contact us to obtain one. Terms and Conditions: - All returns must include the following:
- Original packaging.
- Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code for any reason voids the return, regardless of RMA or credit request status.
- Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Product(s) returned without a valid RMA will be voided.
